Bryant Ragan is the Founder and CEO of Peak3 Ltd, Peak3 EIC LLC, and Peak3 Technologies LLC, all focused on full-service design, development, and construction with concierge estate management services.
Peak3 Technologies is a technology company focused on developing new innovative technologies in the real estate, development, and construction industries, and Peak3 EIC is focused on new engineered integrated construction technologies and processes to deliver luxury homes smarter, faster, and with more precision and efficiency. All Companies are synergistically related.
Bryant brings over 30 years of experience in the luxury residential markets of Aspen and surrounding areas.
JOHN RILEY

John Riley, as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Peak3, is a visionary leader with three decades of experience in the electrical industry. Guided by the philosophy of "Where technology connects people," Riley spearheads the development of high-level strategies to execute Bryant's vision for the company.
Riley's expertise lies in leveraging digital marketing and electronic process improvements to optimize markets and supply chains.
His multifaceted approach and transformative initiatives position him as an invaluable asset in his role as Chief Operations Officer at Peak3, driving the company towards unparalleled success.

As the Vice President of Operations and IT at Peak3, John's primary focus is on overseeing technology implementation and managing day-to-day business services. This includes finance, IT, and procurement strategies to ensure streamlined operations and strategic alignment. He excels in building strategic partnerships, developing programs, and ensuring flawless project execution.
John is a master at aligning business and technology to drive innovation and operational efficiency. With 15 years of experience, he has a solid track record of spearheading transformative initiatives in top global companies.
JEFF CLAFLIN

Jeff Claflin is the Director of Construction and is responsible for all training, oversight, quality and execution of all Peak3 companies. Jeff blends broad experience from large national companies such as Kiewit, Haselden, and PCL Construction prior to his 7 years with Peak3.
Jeff’s communication skills and incredible work ethic have been proven to be a major asset for Peak3 and the multi-faceted disciplines and situations involved in our industry.
Jeff is the next generation of construction management with a healthy blend of acumen, energy, ethics, and devotion.
Tim Taylor

Tim Taylor is the VP of Manufacturing and Estate Management and is responsible for all manufacturing operations related to Peak3 EIC and oversight for all estate management delivered by Peak3 for a continuation of services.
With over 35 years of management experience in manufacturing, Toyota delivery systems management, and working as an engineer and manufacturing leader, he was chosen to pioneer transformation and drive process innovation for several manufacturing companies (Jacobs Chuck a Danaher Corp., Invensys and APV Heat Transfer) using the Toyota Production System and Lean Six Sigma methodology.
RECECCA RAGAN

Becca Ragan, our VP of Sales and Marketing, manages our sales, marketing and client relations with excitement and excellence. She was raised near Seattle, Washington, and has lived in the Aspen area since 2005.
Her extensive resume and degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University are a perfect bridge into her role at Peak3. She has a high value for community, relationship building, and capturing the end vision of each project. Becca is highly professional and motivated in her role as the promoter of our clients, projects, and overall team.
Becca is also passionate about serving in her church, Crossroads Aspen, where she serves as a worship leader, event coordinator, children’s ministry teacher, and more. She is highly adventurous and has recently fallen in love with golf and mountain biking. She was a ski racer in college and is still very passionate about skiing and passing that on to her sons. Becca is surrounded by men with her husband Bryant and their three boys, Brooks, Caleb, and Titus and their crazy Australian Shepherd, Tebow.
