Bill Garrigus

Project Manager / Superintendent

Bill Garrigus, our incredible Senior Project Manager, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has shown a passion for construction since childhood, when he began his career during Arizona's first residential construction boom. Since then, Bill supervised and coordinated multiple residential home communities, and after achieving his general contractor’s license, he progressed to managing and overseeing a team of 90 employees on large scale developments. His professional career started with Golden Heritage Homes in Arizona, assuming an assistant superintendent's role. From there, he worked in Phoenix's custom residential market for the next twelve years, contributing to a variety of luxury residential and high-rise condo loft projects. In 2011, Bill made the jump to commercial development, serving as a national project manager for Whitehall Management and assuming responsibility for over 30 commercial projects over the next five years. In 2016, Bill decided to bring his hard-won national experience back home to Arizona, when he assumed the Director of Operations role at a painting and remodeling company. Within his first year he doubled the growth to 90 employees and generated over $6 million annually in new business, all inside of a competitive Phoenix metro market. Bill brings his strong leadership skills to Peak3, rooted in his experience in overseeing day-to-day operations across every kind of construction business, never compromising on quality and always striving to achieve perfection. His responsibilities include overseeing building operations and exceeding clients’ expectations in every area from project vision and quality control to workmanship. Bill's years of hands-on experience in building and management have prepared him for the pace of change that continues to define the construction industry and will do so for years to come. Bill currently lives in Carbondale with his wife, three children, and one very well-behaved German Shephard, who all enjoy the outdoors
