Bryant Ragan is the founding principal of Peak3. He has over 30 years in the construction industry with over 20 of those being in Aspen and the surrounding areas. He has worked on a variety of projects from custom high end residential, spec developments, multi-family, mixed use and commercial TI’s, to small remodels. From the age of 16, Bryant has been involved in the construction industry and went on to pursue education in Civil Engineering Technology before moving to Aspen in 1996. Bryant’s current focus is on business development and managing projects from start to finish with development and construction expertise.

His favorite project was the extensive remodel of his church, Crossroads Aspen, in the historic west end of Aspen. The structure was originally built by volunteers in the 1950s and his team took it to the studs, added a floor and completely reconfigured the layout of the building. They were on a very tight timeline and budget, however, his team was able to complete the project early and under budget. Bryant has a high value for integrity and detail in all he does. He is a “forerunner” and can naturally adapt a conversation about a vision into reality, on a solid foundation. The depth and length of his relational history in our community is rare and a major benefit to every job he approaches.

Bryant’s passion in construction is driven by something greater, his hunger for community built on authentic relationships with a desire to see people and projects transformed in the Aspen community and beyond. Bryant serves locally on the leadership team at Crossroads Church in Aspen as an elder and serves other local non-profits such as Challenge Aspen and Challenge America, as well as coaching youth football and baseball. Bryant lives in Basalt with his wife Becca, and they have three boys – Brooks, Caleb, and Titus.
