Joe Welk is one of our hard-working assistant superintendents. Originally from Pennsylvania, Joe has extensive experience in general labor as well as landscaping and maintenance building. He has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2020, where he has held positions in the fly-fishing/guiding world, education, and irrigation tech world. He is a man of integrity and has an incredibly strong work ethic. In his free time, you can find he and his wife fishing, or serving at their local church.
