John Hubbard, our property manager, is a skilled maintenance technician with over 30 years of experience. John has worked as an apprentice at Epic Custom Glass, a maintenance engineer at the Hotel Colorado, and much more. John is experienced in plumbing, light electrical, water heater maintenance, door hanging and repair, painting, moving and lifting of furniture, appliances, problem-solving, and creative fixes.

He has worked directly with engineers from NASA, Department of Defense, Boeing, and Lockheed to produce precision wind tunnel models to further our country in defense and aerospace technology.
