Tim Taylor, our Director of Estate Management and Business Development, has dedicated his career to excellence, integrity and customer service. He is a business leader with over 30 years professional experience in transforming manufacturing, commercial and service organizations for performance improvement, customer delight and process innovation. He grew up on a cattle farm in South Carolina working hard and loving the outdoors and received a BS Degree from Clemson University. While working as an engineer and manufacturing leader, he was chosen to pioneer transformation and drive process innovation for several manufacturing companies (Jacobs Chuck a Danaher Corp., Invensys and APV Heat Transfer) using the Toyota Production System and Lean Six Sigma methodology. Throughout his career, Tim has been recognized for expertise in Value Definition and Lean Transformation. He is a creative thinker demonstrating strength in leading innovative improvement efforts to all levels of an organization. Tim has successfully led and motivated teams to implement Lean Value Add initiatives in manufacturing, service and commercial organizations across the U.S., Europe, Brazil and China. Tim has strong communication skills, a customer value focus and a passion for process improvement which are critical to all aspects of construction, estate management and modernization projects. Tim and his wife Melissa relocated to Aspen and enjoy a healthy lifestyle including all types of outdoor adventure from hiking to biking, camping and skiing. Tim has always been active in his local church and enjoys leading and mentoring men and couples alongside Melissa. He has most recently led an Impact Garage bringing men together for relationship building through custom car restoration. Tim and Melissa’s children include Davis and wife Kallie, Miranda in NC and Nathan proudly serving in the US Navy.
