Tracy Turner

Director of Operations / Procurement Specialist

Tracy Turner is our Director of Operations and Procurement Specialist. She oversees daily operations, human resources, marketing, and outreach. She also works with our designers and project managers to source quality materials and help ensure each project is beautiful, sustainable and on schedule. She is an experienced leader with strengths in organization and critical thinking. With over 12 years’ experience as a registered nurse, Tracy brings excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task amidst changing priorities. As Executive Assistant for another small business in the valley, she developed a broad understanding of business operations, marketing, sales, and quality management. Tracy holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics and BS in Nursing. She has a love for learning and growth and strives for excellence in each project.

Tracy was born and raised in Montana and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, road biking, and soaking up the sun. She loves to travel, has lived on both coasts, and moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2015. She is an avid reader and a musician who serves on the worship team at her local church. Her family lives in Montana and Idaho.
